DPK Counseling & Consulting, LLC is open Monday through Saturday by appointment only.  When calling to schedule an appointment, please be prepared to provide your billing and insurance information.  If you are requesting a specific therapist, please let us know.

Our office and phone lines are open from 9 a.m. on weekdays, and our office staff handles the majority of our calls.  If you need to speak directly to a Provider, please let our staff know and one will return your call as soon as time permits.  Please be patient as all of our practitioners are very busy during office hours.  During our busy times and off hours we do have a confidential voice mail system in which you may leave your information.

In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Hospital Emergency Department.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

As we are not a Medical Practice, we cannot and do not double book our schedules.  Therefore, your appointment time (usually 50-60 minutes) is set aside specifically for you!  Frequently, there are Clients on a "wait list" wanting to see a Psychotherapist but they require 24 hour notification to re-arrange their schedule.  When the Psychotherapist is not notified of a cancellation, the time is spent waiting for you and frequently not spent in a productive manner and the Psychotherapist is not compensated.  (We encourage you to think of it as if you have purchased tickets to a Major League Football/Baseball Game or to the Theater.  All are non-refundable, unless you can get someone to purchase them from you.)

Therefore, we do require that all cancellations of appointments be made 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments are subject to a late cancellation fee that is automatically charged to your account.
