What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is an interactive process between an individual seeking personal growth and a professionally trained trainer, guide and consultant.  Coaching focuses on effecting positive change in any area of life:  career, finances, social life, home environment, education, creativity, spirituality, health, joy, relationships, and/or physical activity.

Life coaches have the keen ability to listen deeply, clarify and guide clients from an unbiased perspective.  They offer a variety of methods that support self-discovery, clarity, overcoming blocks, making action plans, taking action, making positive choices and life changes.  Coaches provide a structured framework and the skills necessary to achieve goals and gain balance in mind, body, emotions and spirit.
